I strongly wonder if all the 5 stars are created by their own people... They hired inexperienced employees and when I asked questions,they can't answer my question. They told me they would find a more experience person to help me, but that person didn't show up after 15 minutes! And the health insurance they promote so much turns out to be really bad. They cooperated with Kaiser but you can NEVER find a doctor in Kaiser!!! If you're not out of your mind, NEVER go there!

They provide services in both English and Chinese. My parents don't speak much English. KCAL is their go-to place for any health insurance questions. Great service!!!
